I’ve been attending weekly Yoga class at Yoga Mitra for about a year. It started when I was introduced to Ying yoga to help release stiffness on my shoulder and lower back. Due to my job nature as a professional makeup artist, the right side of my body is more stiff and often resulted in stiff shoulder and lower back ache. Alignment class by Henry helps me to understand my own posture and area that required attention. He also introduce simple stretching exercise I can do daily on my own at home to help to ease the affected joints and muscle groups that I need to strengthen. During class, our postures also cater to our individual ability, it’s encouraging and supporting rather than trying to perfect each pose. Yoga Mitra is always clean and constantly upgrading its “tools” to assist students to progress, I’m always surprise with new “toys”. During class, one can enjoy relaxing music, soothing aroma, regulated temperature. I definitely benefited from the classes and had recommended few friends to join me whom are all benefiting too.
