CLASSES RANGING FROM

beginner to advanced

Yoga is a lifestyle, it is not only a part of life, it is a way of life.

Many times people have a misconception that yoga is for flexible people. They may feel discouraged when they are unable to perform certain yoga poses. Some students may also injure themselves due to overstretching or improper alignment during the yoga practice. However, yoga is not about doing fancy poses and getting into a particular shape, it is about cultivating self-awareness, finding peace and serenity within oneself. With patience and regular practice, flexibility and physical strength of the body will come in.

At YOGA MITRA, our main goal is to lead you down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Our holistic yoga classes focus on health and wellness for everybody, from beginners who are trying out yoga to regular practitioners. Classes are customised to suit the students’ needs and conditions. The use of props in the classes also makes yoga postures accessible to everyone, regardless of your body shape, level of fitness, or physical limitations.

Our community at YOGA MITRA is comprised of students of all ages, levels and abilities supporting each other in their yoga journey. We look forward to welcoming you to our yoga family.
